More Moderators or Administrators needed

I have been accessing this site off & on since the beginning and although I am not averse to naked female flesh I don't think that this is the place for it. The forum needs someone to go through the post and get rid off the rubbish (porn). Although my visits are not as frequent as they used to be as...

Dissertation Help

I would agree on some of the music being memorable enough to make me want to buy the song Such as "Phat Planet" by Leftfield (Guinness), but also "Song 2" by Blur (Vodafone) - I think it was the one where they all (four "student" types - 2 males/2 females) stripped off and jumped in the sea Not forg...

There is a full version of Eliza's Aria on Youtube - played over an excerpt from "Legend" with (a very young) Tom Cruise .

I'm sure I recognise the voice, but can't put a name to it - no info on Visit4info (ad database) or on Golley Slater's (Ad agency) website and this is what Mitsubishi says: " Music: The advert features a specially rerecorded version of the Bob Dylan Track "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall", that was also ...

Penguin Cafe Orchestra continued

Found this on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN4H-25Grnc
It's the PCO playing on the "South Bank Show", if I remember rightly that's Simon Jeffes, the founder playing the harmonium. There's also a quite passable acoustic guitar version.

Town Looking for Love - Pengiuin Cafe Orchestra

Interestingly enough 'Music for a Found Harmonium' by PCO was used on an 'Independent' advert years ago - this was mid to late 80's & although I was online then via 'Microlink' & Prestel' the internet/web didn't exist so I had to find out by phoning TV company & ad agency to find out, ain't progress...

Guerlain Insolence

Just had another look at the ad - there's a link in my post to it. In the details it says 'Hysteria', but in the ad summary at the bottom it says 'Time is running out' and they were great at Cardiff. They are playing two shows in June 07 at the New Wembley Stadium- see them if you haven't already. St...

Guerlain Insolence Perfume

Saw this advert & I thought - damn I know that music & the 'naked' "babe" in the advert, but couldn't for the life of me think what it was or who she was. So I checked out http://www.visit4info.com/details.cfm?adid=38208 and blow me if it wasn't 'The Million Dollar Baby' herself - Hilary Swank The m...

Prison Break music on UKtv gold

I'll agree with that -

The 'rocky' track with the lyrics ' You win, I lose' is "Get out of here" from "Black Rose" by Thin Lizzy.

Personally I think "Jailbreak" would have been a more apt choice.

Prison Break Trailer Music

The orchestral sounding music is "In the house - in a heartbeat" by John Murphy from the soundtrack of "28 Days Later".

The 'rocky' track with the lyrics ' You win, I lose' is "Get out of here" from "Black Rose" by Thin Lizzy.

Personally I think "Jailbreak" would have been a better choice.

Also in there - playing over the 'tryouts' is 'I just want to celebrate' by Rare Earth - available on 'The Collection' - they also do a 'blinding' version of What'd I say' - incidentally they were the first 'white' group on the Motown label

The website itself

Not so much a 'bug' - but I (like another user I note) can't find a way to get back to the 'home/start' page with the "A-Z, Company, Title, Artist" listings from the forums. By no means am I an expert in HTML, but it shouldn't be too difficult to add a 'Home' link to the " FAQ/Memberlsit/Usergroups/...
