Its a remake of a John Denver Song called 'Leaving on a Jet Plane'.

The version on the British Airways ad is by Sophie Barker.

I've Still had no brainwaves on this one, but I think we are after the same one as the singer on the one I'm thinking of is definately of the Tom Jones type ilke, raucous voice type thing.

Seen 28 days later a few times too so probably recognise it from there.
