HELP!

There's a lovely song that I've heard on an advert within the last year. I really don't have a clue what the advert is, but by the style of music i would guess phone/car/perfume/beauty. Its a really pretty acoustic song- female voice and not much else. Some of the lyrics or along the lines of 'raindrops/teardrops on the fireplace' or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers xxx
