Re-French/British comparisons. Are they (in no particular order)
The Eiffel Tower ...
Blackpool Tower!
Jean Paul Satre ...
Shhhhhhh-akespeare!
French car ...
British design!
The most romantic city in the world ...
Let's see!
If so, the music is definitly Sinnerman. It's also in the Thomas Crown Affair (Pierce Brosnan) which is where I heard it last night!
If this is most definitely NOT how the ad goes, can you give us some idea of what happens in it?

The latest ad seems to me to be another in the same series.
Renault Clio - Twice the Va Va Voom
Starring Jeremy Sheffield & Annelise Hesme
18:15 Waterloo > 18:15 from Waterloo?
HeHeHaHa!! >
Cinema > Television
The hot air balloon > The jet engine
Haute Cuisine > The Sandwich
Jean-Paul Sartre > Shh Shakespear
French car > British designers
The most romantic city in the world > Let's see!

I have done some research and think that this query relates to a later ad the in my post. The newest ad is showing in cinemas and seems to focus on the features of the car. The music is described as a 'dancey track'.
We will have to wait and see what happens - as it will show up somewhere soon.

The only cinema ad I've seen for a Renault car, is the one that uses Groove Armada's 'I See You Baby'. But, I think that one is the Megane (?)
Anyway, I got you a bump if nothing else!!

Found some info on the ad...
http://www.redbeemedia.com/press/2006/r ... port.shtml
"The specially composed soundtrack draws on contemporary British and French techno music."
Play it here (also seems to be on Yahoo):
