I know Pantene use Jakatta's American Dream for a couple of their ads, but does anyone know the classical piano tune they use for it?

I think you will find the piano music is sampled from the American Beauty Soundtrack

Don't think that's a UK ad - our version featured Anna Friel - but I did find a version on YouTube.

Can't make out the music much, but maybe someone else can identify it for you.
