Hi does anyone know who's done this cover of Roxy Music's a hard rain's gonna fall

I'm sure I recognise the voice, but can't put a name to it - no info on Visit4info (ad database) or on Golley Slater's (Ad agency) website and this is what Mitsubishi says:

" Music: The advert features a specially rerecorded version of the Bob Dylan Track "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall", that was also covered by Brian Ferry. Unfortunately this version is not available to purchase. "

Shame really as I find the version of Jim Croce's "You don't mess around with Jim" quite good also.

I also tried "shazam" but that didn't recognise it
