Visit4info has this down as "Maintaining Force" by Guru.

It is based on "Ninth Symphony: Second Movement (Scherzo)" Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. This was used in the film 'A Clockwork Orange' I think the "Maintaining Force" by Guru is a track from a music library. But we shall see.
