were there lady is sat in like a chevvy convertiable and it starts to rain and theres like powerfull music in the background eos any one know?

I think that you will find this music is specialty created for the ad.
But I haven't found any reference to it.

It is indeed a reworking of the original 'only the crumbliest flakiest chocolate, tastes like chocolate never tasted before' music.
Some Flake ad trivia.
They were first televised in 1959.
They were killed off in 2004 as they were deemed 'too saucy', although they do seem to be back with a vengeance.
The new one features Alyssa Sutherland (aussie model) and, thankfully, is every bit as gratuitous as the originals.
The score (what you really want to know) was composed by Ronnie Bond and was introduced to the ads in the early/mid seventies.
The only thing I can't tell you is who has reworked the score for the latest ads. It is however not a published record in the respect that it's unlikely to turn up in the singles chart.
