Old airline advert

hello i am new to this so please be kind 
Im after a very soft piece of music that was used in a airline advert from 1999-2002 the airline was call ''JMC'' and the advert feature aircraft ,hotels and holiday stuff covered in brown wrapping paper and the paper being pulled off
the song has been on radio before and pops up in lots of bbc programs,
there is a rift that plays over and over and theres pings in the background
and synth tones build up, its very peaceful and soft...and i am desperate to find out what it is ....please help
