This is the red Renualt sport ad, sometimes at cinemas, and it makes comparisons between french and brittish, ie. dogs, food etc.

Is it the ad with the French girl and that guy out of Holby City? If it is, the song is Sinnerman by Nina Simone. If not - good luck
