Oft-used instrumental on BBC4 Screenwipe, with youtube link

Had a look at that youtube link and unfortunately I don't know the song however I can tell you it has been used by Toshiba in a radio advert for its Picture Frame XF TV.
Had a quick search here and found nothing.
Not sure if that helps at all.

I've had a listen a few times and can't place it. It sounded a bit like Daft Punk (I thought of their track Television Rules the Nation as Charlie Brooker does seem to have a sense of humour...

I don't have the full track to hand and the sample on iTunes is not the same, but there's an outside chance it could be some obscure mix.
