West Wing Trailer More4

There is a trailer for the broadcasting of the entire series' or the West Wing on More4 and it starts off with some woman saying 'Youve done a lot of good...'.

I would like the name and artist of the track used for the ad, its pretty catchy instrumental that sounds like an intro. Sounds a bit like tito and Tarantula but not sure.
