Film Four - The British connection trail?

Hi can anyone help me withyet another Film 4 trail it's the one for the British connection being shown at the moment it's a jazzy piece. Does anyone know what it is?

According to Channel 4, this is "production library music, which generally isn't available." How lame is that??
