Dr. Who

Post by liana »

Can anyone tell me what the music is that was used as Dr Who and Rose were being separated for ever? I could just about hear it above my heaving sobs and scornful laughter of my children. It was a female voice, no words, just ahhh'ing (my powers of description are second to none I know).

Actually this track, along with all of the other Dr Who music isn't released anywhere, but there is a soundtrack CD being put together though no dates yet. I'm guessing it'll be around christams to tie in with the series box set release.

But yeah, I'd like it too along with some other of the music.

If you're still looking for the song in question you can download it from here.. http://www.myspace.com/rosestheme Don't ever say i'm not a nice guy. Alas the quality isn't fantastic but I reckon it's good enough, perhaps I just have low standards, who knows. Your welcome. : )

oh, kesker - according to amazon where i just whizzed to to buy the cd -

'There are a few noticeable absences from the album, particularly the cue where the Doctor and Rose say their goodbyes at the end of 'Doomsday.' A shame really as it was not only a spectacular piece of music, but also entirely appropriate to the scene.'

Bah!
