Commercial Breaks & Beats

Hi everyone,

Just before the World Cup really kicked off (see what I did there?!), either BBC1 or ITV1 (I can't remember which) run an advert/trailer announcing their coverage etc., and I really like the song playing in the background but have no idea what it was.

Kind of an indie-rock thing, mainly instrumental but with a couple of lines sang.

Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?

i vaguely remember reading somewhere that it was a cover by kasabian

I know the lyrics to Bowie's "Heroes" (which Kasabian covered for the World Cup) so I think I would have recognised it.

Having sauid that, I've just given the "Heroes" cover a listen and I'm right, that's definitely not the song on the trailer that I am referring to. Not only that, but the Kasabian cover of a great Bowie track was very weak in my opinion.
