Commercial Breaks & Beats

At the moment there's some music playing in the ITV 1 break time (I'm sure there's a proper word for it, but it's like when Channel 4 does the pylons or hedges coming together to make '4' )
Anyway, it sounds like a womans voice going up and down and I think it might be a cool song if it IS a song.
Does anyone know who its by?
