There is this uptempo indie track that places over the Sportrelief Run a Mile ads on the BBC. It's driving me crazy and I must know that song is! There are no words unfortunately just the music. Please help someone!!!

If its the ad I'm thinking of then I think it's Snow Patrol's "Open Your Eyes".
