bbc world cup final music

at the end of the world cup final programme on Sunday they played a song wch was more like a poem/monologue. They even put the title up on the screen but missed it.
anyone know it>

This is the clip. But unfortunatly because the video is a capture, it's very blurry. I can make out the title at the beginning of the clip, but i think that was the title of the poem. And that the poem was something the BBC added to the music.

Also i'm not sure if the music is all one piece, but i recognise the fist part of it so will try and find out the name.

It is a by a peot called Johann Wolfgang von Goethe with (to Charlotte von Stein) underneath which must be the title of the poem so the music is something seperate.

I've got the first part. It's Mendelssohn - 'The Hebrides (Fingal's Cave)'

The rest of the clip merges into the track the BBC used for the title openining of each show. I don't have a clue who it is.
