Commercial Breaks & Beats

Could you help me track down who is responsible for the beautiful track for the Disney Channel TV break - it is only aired on disney channel by the way. It's not a commercial break, but a lil' showcase that previews the shows airing on Dysney Channel. I am unsure whether it's Keane or Coldplay. The SAME track is also used in a Living TV break, to preview the "Children's hospital" show I presume. Does anyone has a clue who is the composer or band?
