Channel 5's sport music

Hi,
Wondering if anyone knows does that music tune on Channel 5 sport when they cut to the adverts and when they come back from an advert while they are talking? It is a piano mainly, I have heard else where as well on films that are coming out, would really like to get hold of it if I can!
