What is the piece of piano music that plays at the end of the BBC's Restaurant?

I too am trying to find this piece of music initially I thought it would be on Gonzales solo piano album but its not. There is also two other tracks they use regularly on that programme one sounds like an early DJ Shadow track and the other sound like the Hans Zimmer track off of True Romance. Any Ideas?

Do you mean the piece on the piano that starts with one note being played over and over? It was used in The Apprentice also, if that helps to track it down..
