RADIO 2 NEW ADVERT - CHRIS EVANS PLAYING PIANO

Please , please, please does anyone know the name of the piece at the beginning of the new BBC2 advert, it's played by Chris Evans on piano.
I would be very grateful for any help.

Johnni, just dowenloaded the Coldplay track and while it has some great piano it is not the one Chris Evans Plays on the advert, but thanks for trying.
