Commercial Breaks & Beats

During Newsnight Review on BBC2 they do a reportage section on what else is going on in the arts/culture etc and they play some dance type music. Any ideas what it is?

Bumping this because I just heard it on "Tales From France" (23rd May @ midnightish) where the guy went to see the artsy cinema place. I thought it was a Newsnight-exclusive song, but it must be commercially available if it's on other programmes.

It's a jittery tune and it's always used in Newsnight Review when they discuss the entertainment round-up.

No lyrics, just some damn cool beats.

Edit (25/5): Heard it on ITV News when they were discussing MI5 gadgets in cars.

Bounce for a second time! Newsnight is still using this techno music during its round up section and has done for some time. Can anyone help out as this music is really bugging me!
