Help to identify song from clip

G'day, I have a music track clip from a video that I am trying to
identify the song title and artist. It sounds like Moby but I haven't
been able to track it down. I first came across it in 2003 so it would most likely be from the late 90's to then. It's been eluding me for a couple of years now but I actually heard it elsewhere for the first time recently in a shop. If you know of the song or a way find out what it is I would love to know.
I've extracted the audio and loaded the clip at the following address

It does sound Moby-esque. You could try Tunatic a try - never used it myself <- That would be my disclaimer then!

I've tried Tunatic, but doesn't recognise the song.

Two minutes into the track i've swear i've heard that violin bit before. I think it might be Air. So whoever has done this tune, might of done a remix of an Air tune?

I know it's not much help, but is something.

Thanks guys, anything is better than where I was trying to find more on this song so thanks for the leads. That Tunatic is interesting I hadn't heard of it before.
