but it was on yesterday and the lyrics of the song were "i am everything people"
its an old soul like song.
desperate to find out what its called!

i may be totally wrong (as the track i am thinking of is not old soul music) but could it be

"People Everyday" by Arrested Development?

however, the lyrics in this track are "I am everyday people" rather than "i am everything people" and as i said, its not old soul.

hey...

the arrested development song is a cover of sly and the family stone's 'people everyday' which is not only old soul, but perhaps some of the finest vintage soul there is. i'm not sure if it's the track you're talking about, but sly (as always) was there first...
