Nissan 'Note' - snowman in the boot

Anyone any ideas who wrote this acoustic choon on the Nissan Note ad - its the one where the dad takes the daughters snowman out of the boot in the snow.

Apologies Rob - I did a search on 'nissan' and found another enquiry on the same topic, but the title of the post possibly didn't assist that query.

I know the topic you mean. I'm often baffled by some of the titles to topics on here, surely if you want an answer you'd use a specific title. Which you have done, but i dunno who has done the song.
