Boots Transparent Baby?

The recent advert for Boots skincare which shows a transparent baby has a guitar piece running in the background. Any ideas as to what it is please?

I have no idea and frankly, I find that ad disturbing, however, I've got you a bump to the top of the list!!

It is disturbing, but my girlfriend was producer on the job, so maybe that's cool.

I'm still 50/50 though...
